Business Coaching

We coach 1 to 1 with Business owners, MD’s, leaders and individuals to ascertain where your business is today, and where you want the business to be long term. 

We will investigate what motivates you, what excites you and what keeps you awake at night! What you want to achieve and equally what is stopping you from achieving your objectives. 

The direction of these conversations is set by you, and you are in the lead, we are here to help, support and give you the tools to find the answers. 

A typical session will last around two hours and can go in any direction that you require. We may pick up on specific subject during the session, such as the ones outlined below.

  • Help you and your business to discover your ‘Why’
  • Learn and develop what is important to you as a person and a leader
  • Work with you on a programme that accelerates the success of your business
  • Help you to see your blind spots and serve as the business’s compass

Group Coaching

Group Coaching and workshops are designed to facilitate a process that leverages the resources and knowledge of your team. Group coaching is a collaborative, team-oriented approach to learning and development. It uses a facilitator to help a group of people come together and learn from one another in a supportive environment. 

The goals of group coaching are to help members identify and work towards their own personal objectives, build relationships, and increase awareness and understanding of themselves and the group.

Working on a common theme we will guide your team through their group challenges and performance goals.

Our approach and aims for group coaching are as follows: 

  • To create a sense of trust and engagement within your team
  • To break down the silo mentality that can form between departments
  • Fosters a culture of on going learning and discovery within the organisation
  • Building and accelerating the teams learning capacity, by sharing experiences across different levels of employee
